PURPOSE: A gravure ink composition containing graphite nanoparticles and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to sinter the composition at the low temperature of 130 deg C. CONSTITUTION: A gravure ink composition contains 30-40wt% of metal nanoparticles and 0.1-2wt% of graphite nanoparticles. The metal nanoparticles are selected from the group consisting of Ag, Cu, Sn, Au, Pt, Pd, and Al, and have the average particle diameter of 1-100nm. A producing method of the gravure ink composition comprises the following steps: dispersing the metal nanoparticles and the graphite nanoparticles in a solvent to obtain dispersion; and mixing the dispersion with a fiber-based resin. |
