USING HYDROFORMING FOR VEHICLE PILLAR

PURPOSE: A vehicle pillar using hydro forming is provided to secure the stability of passenger by reinforcing the intensity of a vehicle roof and improve the intensity using a hydro forming material. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle pillar using hydro forming comprises an A-filler(130) and a B-filler(140). The A-pillar is formed between a front glass and a side glass having a euphemistic curved surface as one body. A-pillar has the various shapes of closed section structures. The B-pillar is vertically connected to the A-pillar and supports the car roof. The B-pillar has the various shapes of closed section structures. The A-pillar comprises a first central tube(132), a first reinforcement plate(134), a leading section and a terminal section.
