PURPOSE: A water heating device using sunlight is provided to maximize sunlight collecting efficiency since the water heating device can automatically rotate corresponding to a change in the phase of sun. CONSTITUTION: A water heating device using sunlight comprises a support(10), a support rod(20), a fixing plate(30), a transparent cover plate(40), a heating tank(50), a hot-water circulating pipe(60), and a light collecting plate(70). The lower end of the support rod is coupled to the central part of the support. An opening is formed on the front of the fixing plate. The rear central part of the fixing plate is coupled to the upper end of the support rod to be able to vertically rotate. The transparent cover plate is coupled to the front opening of the fixing plate to prevent heat from becoming emitted to the outside.
