<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag having flexibility capable of obtaining high-level heat resistance and bending-resistant repetition in addition to water resistance and chemical resistance, and capable of being applied to broad usage. <P>SOLUTION: This IC tag has: an IC tag element 4 having an antenna 2 and an IC chip 1; and a surface member 6 contacting with the IC tag element 4, and sealing the IC tag element 4 in a bag-like state.
