<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in marketing analysis using e-mails, bulletin boards, questionnaires, etc., that it is difficult to accurately know a portion of content provided via the Internet in which a user is interested by word or phrase, and to analyze the interest and concerns of a user negative about expressing his or her comment or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A computer is provided with, a function which allows a user to use an input device such as a mouse to write a memo in direct association with a selected character string (word, phrase, etc.) and to transmit/receive a message, so that the correct positional information on a character string in which the user has interest and concerns can be collected and stored in a server. Additionally, the server is provided with a function that analyzes the distribution state and multiplicity of a selected character string on the basis of the accumulated positional information, it becomes possible to know the user's interest and concerns and degrees thereof for each selected character string and each character. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
