PURPOSE: A sap collecting method from a grape tree is provided to enable users to hygienically obtain sap from the grape tree, and to improve the content of active components in the sap. CONSTITUTION: A sap collecting method from a grape tree comprises the following steps: connecting a sanitation hose to a grape harvested portion of the grape tree for collecting sap into a sap colleting tank underground; transferring the sap to a stainless steel tank; mixing 100g of grape tree sap with 4g of honey(B); firstly filtering the grape tree sap using a 0.5 micrometer cartridge filter(C); instantly heating the mixture at 132 deg C using a ultra-high temperature sterilizer, and secondly filtering the sterilized sap using a 0.2 micrometer heat-resistant cartridge filter(D,E); filling the sap into a washed container at 88-90 deg C(F); and cooling the container after sterilizing a lid(G,H).
