PURPOSE: A clutch actuator of a dual clutch maintains a half-engaged clutch state is provided to improve the durability of ECU and driving motor and prevent the fire of an electric apparatus due to the heating of a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A clutch actuator of a dual clutch maintains a half-engaged clutch state comprises a driving motor(10), a first rotating member(30), a second rotating member(40), a rotating member moving unit(20) and a clutch operating part rotating member(50). The driving motor rotates the shaft(60). The first rotating member is connected in the rotation of shaft of the driving motor and is ratatably installed at a shaft in a specific direction. The second rotating member is connected in the rotation of shaft of the driving motor and is installed at a shaft in order to be rotated in a specific direction. The rotating member moving unit transfers the first rotating member and second rotating member to the shaft direction.
