A respiratory mask assembly includes a frame (17) and a forehead support (10) ON the frame (17). The forehead support (10) includes a joining member (14) on an upper portion of the frame (17) and a cushion frame (12) movably mounted to the joining member (14). One of the joining member (14) and the cushion frame (12) includes a pair of shafts (27) and the other includes a pair of openings (28). The pair of shafts (27) are respectively received in the pair of openings (28) to couple the cushion frame (12) to the joining member (14) and enable the cushion frame (12) to move relative to the joining member (14).
