FIELD: packing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: sealing device from plastic comprises an outlet part for fixation on a package, a screw cap wound onto the outlet part and an opening ring made with the possibility of displacement in the outlet part along the helical line down to the package for package opening. At the same time the screw cover is equipped with at least one grip made with the possibility of affecting at least one thrust element of the opening ring so that during initial opening of the helical cover the opening ring moves inside the outlet part into the lower position in direction towards the package for its opening, and during subsequent closure of the outlet part with the helical over the opening ring remains in the lower position. The opening ring is equipped with at least two protruding down cutting and/or piercing elements, which are arranged on the circumferential periphery of the opening ring and form its lower edge. At the same time cutting and/or piercing elements are arranged substantially in the form of a rectangle. Besides, the longitudinal edge that protrudes down distorts the shape of the rectangle and forms a triangle that protrudes down, so that it forms a spike that protrudes down. Besides, the longitudinal edge has a lowering section in the front relative to direction of the opening ring rotation, and then a raising section.
