FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: from the outside on end sides of the device housing there formed are two connection straps between which a slot is formed; there are fixing edges on connection straps, which retain the slot. Connection straps are connected to end sides of the housing so that they can be bent, thus shifting their fixing edges in longitudinal and transverse direction of cable to longer or shorter distance.
