There is provided a propylene-based resin composition containing 10 to 89% by mass of a propylene-based polymer (A) (excluding a modified propylene-based polymer (C) defined below), 10 to 89% by mass of a polylactic acid-based resin (B), and 1 to 80% by mass of a modified propylene-based polymer (C) which is an α,&bgr;-unsaturated glycidyl ester-grafted propylene-based polymer having an α,&bgr;-unsaturated glycidyl ester-derived structural unit content of 0.1% by mass or more and less than 1.0% by mass, provided that each of the contents of the propylene-based polymer (A), the polylactic acid-based resin (B) and the modified propylene-based polymer (C) is an amount based on the total amount of the three components. |
