FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed test bench comprises plate 2 secured on bed 1 to support beam 3 simulating scraper with chain links secured thereto to simulate scraper conveyor draw member. Two chains 4, 5 are coupled via tension recorders 8, 9 with rods 10, 11 to allows their displacement relative to brackets 12, 13 secured on said plate. Every chain 6, 7 o second pair is connected with compression spring 18, 19 to interact with thrust 20, 21 arranged on aforesaid plate. Vertical posts 22, 23 are arranged on beam ends. Slide 25 is arranged on vertical post 22 coupled via tension recorder 27 with slide 28 to displace relative to guide secured on slide 29 fixed on vertical post 30 secured on the plate. Vertical post 33 with slide 34 is fixed coaxially with beam on said plate. Said slide is provided with pressure device 35 and pressure gage 36 to interact with slide 25. Pressure gage 37 is arranged on beam post 23. Scale 39 is applied on plate flat surface and oriented perpendicular to initial position of lengthwise axes of the chains. ^ EFFECT: substantiated selection of operating parameters of working tools and chains. ^ 3 dwg |
