FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of manufacturing of a modular viscoelastic elastic foam material. The method includes interaction of polyisocyanate and polyol at the index of 60-95 and application of a foaming agent. The polyol represents a polyol composition, which contains 5-50% and preferably 10-40% of the applied polyols of castor oil.
