FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and is pertinent to design of process equipment for measurement of offset of annular magnet magnetic field relative to geometric axis of its landing surface, and in particular can be used for control of magnets of upper magnet support of high speed rotor. The device for control of annular magnets by magnetic field consists of a non-magnetic case with a non-magnetic cover having a vertical cylinder lug for installation of a controlled magnet which rotates around its axis. A ferro-magnetic bush is located opposite to the magnet inside the case. The control device consists of a measuring system recording deviation of geometrical axis of the ferro-magnetic bush from geometric axis of landing surface of the magnet, when the ferro-magnetic bush is under effect of magnetic field at specified axial distance from support surface of the magnet. The ferro-magnetic bush is connected with a base of the case by means of a flexible connection, length of which ensures specified axial distance. ^ EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of measurement of offset of axis of annular magnet magnetic field relative to geometrical axis of its landing surface. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
