<p>FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to neurology, and can be applied for treatment of fibromyalgia. For this purpose milnacipran or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is introduced to patient according to the following regimen: 12.5 mg per day during one day, then 25 mg per day during two days, then 50 mg per day during four days, then it is introduced in dose 100 mg per day. ^ EFFECT: introduction of milnacipran in such regimen - with fast increase of dose -makes it possible to ensure high efficiency of treatment with improved tolerance of treatment by patients. ^ 7 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex, 2 dwg</p> |
