A device for synthesis of semiconducting thermoelectric materials contains a sealed quartz container, fusion furnace, mechanism for melt agitating. The fusion furnace, consisting of coaxially located alumina pipe of cylindrical form, an electrical heater and a housing with heat insulation, equipped with a device for its placement in horizontal or vertical positions, a device for loading and unloading of the quartz container from the fusion furnace and with an oscillation mechanism for agitating melt in the sealed quartz container. |
