The invention relates to cryogenic engineering and can be used in oil and gas, chemical, food and other areas of industry where it is needed to liquefy and separate components of gas mix. A device for liquefaction and separation of components of gas mix consists of a supersonic nozzle in confuser-diffuser form in the confuser section of which a swirler is placed, at that the end in flow edge of the swirler coincides with critical cross section of the nozzle. Diffuser section of the nozzle is equipped with separation device as a circular slot between the wall of the diffuser section of the nozzle and the outlet diffuser coaxial branch pipe. In the diffuser section of the nozzle in direction of rotation of the flow tangent slots for preliminary separation are provided, at that the angle (α) of the nozzle confuser section is within 30÷60 °, and the angle (&bgr;) of the diffuser section of the nozzle does not exceed 4÷6 °. The invention provides increase of operation effeciency due to decrease of hydraulic losses in the nozzle confuser section with provision of continuous flow I the diffuser section, keeping to given intensity of swirl of flow in the critical cross section of the nozzle, increase of the level of extraction of target components from gas, and increase of working range of loads by liquid due to unloading separation device with tangent slots for preliminary separation. |
