LINING OF DRUM MILL WITH GRINDING BALLS

摘要

A lining of a drum mill with grinding balls consists of elements, each of which is made of elastomeric material in the form of a multi-faceted prism connected by lateral surfaces so that the upper prism faces form a wavy working surface and is equipped with metal inserts mounted with possibility of reciprocal oscillations under the action of grinding balls. The metal inserts are located on all prism faces forming the working surface and are flush placed into the elastomeric material with a step not exceeding a half of the diameter of grinding balls.
