The invention relates to the field of metallurgy in particular to vacuum-plasma treatment of liquid metal in a flow, and can be used in refining, modification and alloying of iron-carbon and nonferrous alloys while teeming thereof into the crystallizer, mixer or bucket. A method comprises plasma blowing and melt heating at the constant vacuumizing thereof in the chamber, which vacuum sealing is carried out with the treated metal, that moves through an intermediate ladle and a vertical partition therein. The method is characterized in that the plasma jet is supplied to the melt through the vertical wall of ledge, which is located in the bottom of the bucket and let alloy after finishing thereof with plasma in a vacuum over an additional partition, the height of which is 25- less than the metal level in the pouring chamber of the intermediate bucket or device. The invention provides a higher degree of melts refining with their continuous pouring and mechanical properties of cast products of these melts. |
