PURPOSE: A ventilation fan for a ship is provided to secure smooth ventilation and minimize operating noise. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan for a ship is installed in a ventilation channel formed in a side wall(110) of a hull. The ventilation fan is installed in a mounting frame(10) which is rotated around a hinge unit(12). An opening and closing unit(20) is provided on a side wall of the ventilation channel in which the ventilation fan is installed and opened/closed in order to draw out the mounting frame.
