METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LEAK/BREAKING SENSOR

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a leak/breakage sensor is provided to manufacture a leak/breakage sensor at low cost by simultaneously printing a copper wire of copper foil and a conductive line printed with conductive ink on a tape type film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a leak/breakage sensor is as follows. A copper foil tape(150) is bonded to the upper surface of a base film(100) which is formed of a PET tape. Parallel copper wires(110,130,140) are formed by etching the base film. A conductive line is printed with conductive ink in parallel with the copper wires. Sensing holes(210,220) are formed at regular intervals, corresponding to the copper wires and the conductive line, in the longitudinal direction of an upper protective film(200) with an adhesive spread on the underside. The upper protective film is thermally bonded to the upper surface of the base film.
