A method for treatment of insufficiency of ileocecal obturator apparatus in children using operation of closed baugineoplastics, at that the preoperated preparation is carried out using magnesium orotate during 2 weeks and its peroral intake during 1 month of postoperative period in the dose of two times per day. After the removal of innate anomalies of ileocecal department of bowel, appendectomy and crossing of iliocecal copula the imposition of serous-muscular sutures is made between mesenteric area of ilium and medial department of blind gut, the artificial iliocecus is formed. On the front wall of blind gut and opposite-mesentric edge of ilium the serous-muscular sutures are applied with taking and invagination of iliocecal transition directly.
