A method for preparation of base oil for technical lubricants comprises the delivery, preparation, sorting and purification of raw material from mechanical admixtures by magnetic separation. Sunflower (rape) seeds are used, from which oil is produced by cold pressing, which is settled for 24 hours and filtered through a filter with a cell diameter 9 µm under the pressure of 0.5 MPa. The produced oil is dehydrated by atomization on adsorbents with regain of less than 0.5%, collected by running-off, and subject to thermal stabilizing by heating from initial temperature of to 208...212 °C and aged at the given temperature for 10 minutes with subsequent spontaneous cooling at normal conditions to the temperature of . The produced oil is charged into containers, where it is stored or used for production of technical lubricants. |
