DIFFUSE CARDIOSCLEROSIS SIMULATION METHOD

摘要

A diffuse cardiosclerosis simulation method involves a stage of catecholamine affection recreation of cardiac myocytediaphragm. A laboratory animal – white rat is administered a solution of hydrotartrate adrenalin with dose of 1,0 mg / kg intramusculary twice with interval in 7 days. Each administration is combined with intraperitoneal injection of 5% solution of calcium gluconate with dose of 1,0 ml for 100 g of animal weight. A conclusion of diffuse cardiosclerosis formation is made by morphological changes in myocardium at 30 days after the second administration of medications.
