PURPOSE: A method for fabricating synthetic leather fabric is provided to prevent shrinkage of the fabric during design printing and to minimize failure rate during process. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating synthetic leather fabric comprises: a step of performing thermal treatment of polyester fabric(S100); a step of impregnating the polyester fabric into antistatic fluid(S200); a step of coating polyurethane on the back side of the polyester fabric(S300); and a step of printing one or more among pictures, drawings, figures, and text on the back side of a transfer paper using a sublimating ink(S400); a step of pressing transfer paper on the upper side of the polyurethane-coated polyester fabric using a heated roller; a step of dyeing and applying certain tension in a processing direction of the polyester fabric; a step of laminating a synthetic resin film on the upper side of the polyester fabric; and a step of performing thermal treatment and surface-coating. |
