A process for exopolysaccharide production comprises the Acinetobacter sp. IMB B-7005 cultivation on the nutrient medium containing a mixture of growth substrates, mineral salts and growth factors. The mixture of sodium fumarate and treacle is used as a source of carbon nutrition, with weight fractions of 1.8 and 1.0 % respectively. The content of mineral salts in the medium is (g/l): KHPO– 1.8, MgSO×7HO – 0.4, CaC1×2HO – 0.1, FeSO×7HO – 0.001. The culture grown on glucose monosubstrate with weight fraction of 0.5 % is used as an inoculum. |
