METHOD FOR REINFORCEMENT OF INTERNAL INGUINAL RING IN RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY OF OBLIQUE INGUINAL HERNIA

A method for reinforcement of the internal inguinal ring in reconstructive surgery of the oblique inguinal hernia comprises the dissection of the hernial sac, the setting of its content, the suturing of the neck of the hernial sac. Internal oblique muscle and transverse muscles of abdomen are sutured to the inguinal ligament. The internal inguinal ring is narrowed, elevated and reinforced by suturing the proximal part of cut m. cremaster circularly around the outlet of spermatic cord while its distal part is fixed to the edge of the internal oblique muscle of abdomen.
