A method for heating buildings with formation of buffer zone round those includes heating of buildings with high-temperature carrier and its keeping through additional formation of buffer zone temperature of which is controlled with sprinkling an ice wall with water. Additionally one increases the surface of crystallization on horizontal, vertical or with small inclination surfaces under the floor of the buffer zone and out of its boundaries.
