A method for determination of the risk of development of secondary tumours in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia being under influence of ionizing irradiation, comprises the research of polymorphism of Lys751Gln gene XPD in mononuclears of peripheral blood. The polymorphism is investigated by means of polymerase chain reaction with restriction of reaction products, examination of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and taking into account the action of ionizing irradiation. |
