A method for treatment of generalized periodontitis in patients with generalized periodontitis on the background of system antibiotic therapy of accompanied pathology, at that the professional hygiene of cavity of mouth with the achievement of antiinflammatory, immune modulating, desensitizing effect is conducted the day before, during or directly after prescription of system antibiotic therapy of accompanied pathology by mechanical processing of tooth root surface, by removal of above- and undergum solid dental sedimentations and polishing of tooth root surface. |
