A tool for diamond machining acoustic lines of ultrasonic delay lines comprises a body with a diamond abrasive layer fixed thereon that is made in the form of individual elements arranged in groups of equal size. In each group additional elements are located: one on the inside of diamond-abrasive layer and two on the outside layer.
