PURPOSE: A transmission apparatus of secondary power information in a multiple elements carrier wave system is provided to offer the effectiveness of a link adaptation and an uplink scheduling by acquiring the accuracy of secondary power transmission. CONSTITUTION: In case a PHR(Power Headroom Report) mode is a first mode, a PH value creation unit(2115) creates a PH value about a established uplink element carrier wave. In case the PHR mode is a second mode, the PH value creation unit creates the PH value about a part of the established element carrier wave. A PH message creation unit(2120) creates a PHR message in order to transmit the created PH value. A message transmission unit(2125) transmits the created PHR message.
