A method for intraocular administration of drugs into temporomandibular joint comprises the determination of articular head, at a distance ahead from tragus, puncture with a needle to the surface of articular head. After determination of articular head and point of prick on a tragoorbital line, in the distance 1 cm ahead from tragus, at partially opened lip, that is fixed with a plug thickness between central cutters a syringe with drugs is disposed perpendicularly to the surface of skin, by the needle slant ahead, the injection through soft tissues is made to the surface of articular head, and the syringe housing is inclined 30° forward on the surface of articular head, the needle is moved back on 3- and drugs are administered slowly in an joint space, then the needle is guided outside. |
