A computer-assisted communication design network system involves technical information data banks divided by functional features into data banks where data defining regional geophysical parameters of this territorial (administrative) entity in three spatial coordinates, the system is additionally provided with a design control and network automatic parameter calculation module, the output being connected with a documentation set shaper and inputs are connected with a designer, a designer with special status, constant data bank outputs, normative data, typed unit data banks and parts, external communications, project optimization criterion, project technical input data bank, project confidential input data where confidential information processing module is connected with a designer an a designer with a special status, both type of designers are connected with a project technical input data bank and new information data bank and correction module has an additional connection with a project optimization criterion bank. |
