PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving the burner of a bulb sealing machine is provided to prevent the destruction phenomenon of a bulb by opening and closing the inner side burner and the outer side burner according to the moving period of the bulb. CONSTITUTION: A central shaft(10) is installed on a base to b rotatable. A central rim(13) is installed at the outer upper side of the central shaft. An upper chuck(18) is installed at a chuck support(17) which is protruded from the central rim, and a bulb(1) is inserted to the upper chuck. An outer rim(16) is installed at the outer lower side of the central rim. A lower chuck(19) corresponds to the upper chuck, and a filament(3) is inserted to the lower chuck. A pair of inner burner(37) and outer burner(38) is connected by a driving unit along the moving path of the bulb. A cam(50) is combined with the lower side of the outer rim. The driving unit is driven by the cam which moves according to the rotation of the central shaft.
