PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for processing a frame are provided to accurately detect a ghost area by a joint histogram and an energy minimizing process. CONSTITUTION: A dividing unit divides frames photographed by a multi exposure into a reference frame and a target frame(710). A global motion correction unit corrects a global motion(720). A local motion correction unit corrects a local motion based on a joint histogram between the reference frame and the target frame(730).
