PURPOSE: A producing method of rice cake using dried figs, and the rice cake are provided to offer the chewy texture of the dried figs to the rice cake without using an extruding process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice cake using dried figs comprises the following steps: soaking rice in water, and crushing; drying ripen figs until the sweetness of the figs is 30-50 Brix; mixing 100 parts of rice powder by weight with 30-70 parts of dried figs by weight; preparing bean flour; and inserting the bean flour, the rice mixture, and one garnish ingredient selected from dried persimmon, jujube, raisin, sweet pumpkin, sweet potato, soybean, pumpkin, or nuts into a steamer for heating.
