Method for reveal of native pyrolizidine alkaloids according to which crystalloscopic reaction is carried out in vegetable juice and liquid media of animal bulks, and in histo-cuts of not fixed with freezing pathological material through introduction to liquid medium that is studied, or application to hydro-cut of reactive in set of AuCL+ conc. HCl + acetone with addition of KBr, after preliminary addition to liquid medium of acetic acid, or after treatment with the same of the histo-cut. |
