A method for treatment of patients with primary osteoarthrosis with the predominant damage of knee-joints at that mechanical influence is additionally applied in hydrogen sulfate water with hydrogen sulfate concentration of 60-80 mg/l and temperature 37 °of horizontal prolongation with the static action of traction on each extremity and by directing action of gravity in parallel to motion of muscular fibres; duration of procedure - 10 minutes, on a course - 8 procedures per day.
