PURPOSE: An apparatus for attaching outer-ring of coil packing is provided to shorten a process time and improve productivity in attaching an outer ring to a coil. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for attaching outer-ring of coil packing, a coil packing peripheral ring sticking apparatus comprises a grip unit(150) and an attachment robot(170). The grip unit supports the outer ring protecting the corner of a coil by being attached to the coil. The attachment robot transfers the grip unit to the side end of the coil and attaches the outer ring to the corner of the coil. The outer ring is divided into two parts and supplied to a first outer ring and a second outer ring.
