A method for prepartion of methylsulfomethylate N, N '-di-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-urea (Hemosporidin), in accordance with that N, N '- di-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-urea is produced by melt of N, N -dimethyl-n -phenylendiamine with urea, produced melt is grinded, boiled with alcohol,suspension is filtered, washed with alcohol, ether, then dissolved aquatic solution of hydrogen chloride, and treated with ammonia. Hemosporidin is synthesized by condensation of N, N - dimethyl-n -phenylendiamine with urea and subsequent interaction with N, N '- di-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-urea with dimethylsulfate, the synthesis is conducted in the environment of o-xylol. |
