摘要 The invention relates to metallurgy and mechanical engineering, namely to a method for producing a two-layer composite material for furnace surfacing of wear-resistant coatings on the parts, which are operated under the action of gradient temperature fields, stresses, strains, etc. The object of the invention is a method of obtaining a composite material by stage-by-stage impregnation of tungsten carbide granules with two bonding alloys and thereby providing a gradient of properties along the cross section of two-layer composite material. The object is achieved by a known method of producing composite material by furnace impregnating filler tungsten carbide granules with a bonding copper-based alloy containing: Ni 19.5-21.5 % , Mn 19.5-21.5 %, Cu – the rest, and iron-based bonding alloy containing: C 0.5-1.0 % , V 2.0-2.5 %, Si 0.3-1.0 %, Mn 1.0 -2.0%, P 0.5-1.5 %, Mo 3.0-5.0%, Al 0.5-1.2 %, Fe – the rest, the process of furnace impregnating is done in two stages and includes at the first stage heating and holding in a furnace under the temperature that for 50-70 K exceeds the melting point of bonding copper-based alloy, and at the second stage – rising of the temperature to the level that is for 50-70 K higher than the melting temperature of iron-based bonding alloy resulting in producing a two-layer composite material.
