A method for producing billets from glass ceramics of lithium aluminum silicate composition includes grinding raw materials, their melting, forming and thermal treatment of billets. As raw material glass ceramics wastes of lithium aluminum silicate composition are used. The molded billets are placed to a furnace preliminary heated to a temperature, close to crystal nucleation (dilatometric temperature of glass softening), hold under the temperature up to leveling the temperature fields of the billet, heated with speed of 100-120 °C for an hour to the temperature of growth and nucleation of crystal phases, hold for 7-10 hours and cooled in random mode to the temperature of 100 °C. |
