PURPOSE: A transmission of a hybrid vehicle is provided to embody a successive gear ratio using a planetary gear set and a motor and provide the enough power performance in WOT driving. CONSTITUTION: A transmission of a hybrid vehicle comprises an input device, an output device, a first motor generator(MG1), a second motor generator(MG2), a first planetary gear set(PG1), a second planetary gear set(PG2), a first clutch(CL1) and a second clutch(CL2). The first planetary gear set, input device, output device and the first motor generator are connected. The first planetary gear set comprises a compound planetary gear set equipped with four or more rotation elements. The second planetary gear set is coupled with the output device and the second motor generator. The third rotation element of the first planetary gear set and the fourth rotation element of the second planetary gear set are installed in order that the connected state is selectively converted with the second clutch.
