<p>PURPOSE: A power-saving type air conditioner is provided to reduce power consumption by operating an indoor unit load and an electronic circuit using small electricity by operating a generator using the drive power of a fan motor. CONSTITUTION: A power-saving type air conditioner comprises a generator(60), a voltage sensor(70), and an electronic switch(80). The generator is connected with a shaft of an outdoor unit fan motor(125) and generates induced electromotive force. The voltage sensor measures the voltage of the induced electromotive force of the generator. The electronic switch selectively supplies the output and common electricity of the generator to the controller(30) and indoor unit load terminal(40) according to the voltage measured by the voltage sensor'.</p> |
