The device (1) has a body (2) provided with a connection unit connected to a portion of a bone. A radial projection (11) is integrated to a moving part (3). A locking part (4) comprises an external surface (19) equipped with a support unit on another portion of the bone. A stopper blocks longitudinal movement of the locking part with respect to the radial projection in displacement direction, and blocks longitudinal displacement of the moving part with respect to the body in direction opposed to direction driving displacement of the body relative to the locking part.
