APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SMART CART AND MOBILE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A device for providing communication between a smart cart and a mobile device is provided to perform data transmission between users which is separated apart without an additional cost. CONSTITUTION: An information input unit(110) stores the user information of a plurality of moving device including a smart cart and a mobile device by receiving the user information. A searching unit(120) receives a request message which request a socket generation from one mobile device among a plurality of moving devices. The search unit searches the moving device which is connected to the moving device which inputs the request message based on the stored user information. A socket generating unit(130) generates the socket between the connected moving device and the moving device which inputs the request message to transmit the data.
