PURPOSE: A self-irradiation image display device through red, blue, green, and yellow filters is provided to supply semi-permanent lifetime in the use of environment-friendly part of an LED. CONSTITUTION: A yellow dye(20) is spread on a glass substrate in a color filter process. The yellow is added by heat treatment of the glass substrate. A blue LED(Light Emitting Diode) expresses white color by a yellow color filter. An LED video display device expresses various colors in the use of red, blue, green, and yellow filters. |
