TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE STACKED FILM AND TOUCH PANEL HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive laminated film and a touch panel including the same are provided to omit a complex process which attaches a polymer film for two or three times, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(21) used for a transparent conductive laminated film is comprised of tempered glass with high strength and transmittance. A barrier layer(23) is arranged on the substrate. The barrier layer is comprised of a material which has a higher refractive index than the substrate. The barrier layer is comprised of a material which has a lower refractive index than an ITO(Indium-Tin-Oxide) electrode pattern part. An aluminum oxide film satisfies a refractive index condition of the barrier layer. The aluminum oxide film is able to secure insulating properties required in the barrier layer. A proper refractive index of the barrier layer is a value in a range of 1.7 to 1.9. The refractive index of the substrate is 1.6 to 1.4. The refractive index of the ITO electrode pattern part is 1.9 to 2.1.
