PURPOSE: A base structure for diecasting and an installation method thereof are provided to maintain the firm fixture of a diecasting machine on a base frame for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A base structure for diecasting is composed as follows. A plurality of H beams(4) are welded together to construct a base frame(2). Openings(6) are formed in the base frame, and a plurality of connecting pipes(8), which are connected to inlets and outlets used for operation of a diecasting machine installed on the base frame, are arranged inside the base frame. The base frame is fixed on the floor of a factory by concrete reinforcements. Cover plates are welded to the openings of the base frame. An extension blade plate is connected to an edge of the base frame. |
